How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 24-48 working hours within the GAM and 24-72 hours outside of it from the moment the payment for the order is made

The shipments will be carried out by the company Correos de CR. If for any reason the order is possible with the shipping guide, a tracking of the package can be done.

Once your order is on the delivery route, it is not possible to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by both parties.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping costs are not included in the price of the items.

 Can I request the shipping of an order outside of Costa Rica?

Currently, this option is not available. But you can contact us via email at hgamboa@arajabones.com to request a quote and arrange delivery.

What happens if I am not at the address I provided when the courier goes to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a message and will contact us to coordinate a new delivery date.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, we offer you the option to send gifts through our online store. To do this, make your purchase as usual, select the shipping address to which you want us to send the gift.
